Happy May! Can you believe it?! I’ve been loving this Summer weather we’ve been getting — it’s the absolute best.
I’ve been doing more in the kitchen lately and have come up with a few recipes to share with you next week! One is my mom’s meat sauce that is the most delicious and super easy. I love recipes like that! I ate it with the Trader Joe’s frozen gnocchi and found a new favorite meal!
We’ve also been doing lost in the air fryer — if you don’t have one I highly suggest it! We did breaded fish tacos, veggies and baked potatoes recently and they were all so good!
