Lent began this week on Wednesday. I’m not exactly what they call a practicing Catholic, but I always give up something for Lent. It’s tradition. But it’s also my small way of sacrificing to show how thankful I am for everything He has given me. So this year I gave up shopping. Yes, you read that correctly. I gave up shopping; for clothes, for home decor, for basically anything that isn’t consumable. Talk about a sacrifice 🤦🏼♀️ it’s going to be hard af. But so worth it.
