best sellers

Aerie Plush Short — the most comfortable lounge shorts! I’ve been living in these around the house and now that they are only $17 I think I need them in every color.

Aerie Oversized Sweatshirt — another super comfy find. This sweatshirt I tried on in the Aerie store and didn’t want to take it off! Comes in so many fun colors too.

Ultra High Rise Denim Shorts — basically wore these all summer long; not even kidding. They are the perfect rise and have just the right amount of distress.

Felt Fedora Hat — one of my must have transition pieces for fall, this hat is amazing. Only $16; I got the camel and the grey color and they are both the perfect neutrals.

Dot Print Ruffle Mini Skirt — such a cute and feminine skirt. I wore mine with a tied up t-shirt for a more casual look. Would also be super cute paired with booties and a leather jacket for fall.

recipes we tried

Creamy Salsa Verde Chicken — one of my favorite ways to do taco Tuesday. Throwing everything in the slow cooker is the easiest recipe and that Trader Joe’s salsa verde is delicious. Plus, it makes for great leftovers! Highly recommend this.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy — this was pretty good! It was a little plain (might add a few more seasonings to it next time) but we made it with roasted veggies and the gravy was delicious. I also got lazy and did rice instead of mashed potatoes, which was my bad.

Beef Stroganoff — hands down one of my favorite recipes of all time. But we tried it with ground beef this week since we already had some from Costco. It wasn’t as amazing as the original recipe but if you are looking for a cheaper option for steak it wasn’t bad!

Chicago-Style Deep Dish Pizza — unfortunately we didn’t get to do this recipe this week so it’s on the menu for next week!
