CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Pick-up can be arranged based on request. I offer delivery of all orders. Delivery is free within Santa Rosa, and I can also deliver to some surrounding cities for an additional fee.

CAN I PLACE A SAME-DAY ORDER?

No, all orders must be placed a minimum of 5 days in advance. If you need something last minute, please call or shoot me an email and I will try to accommodate you!
A 20% rush fee may be applied to the order.

CAN I REFRIGERATE THE BOARD?

I always recommend eating it right away. If you plan to serve it later, please let me know so we can make the correct adjustments to your board.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Orders canceled 7 days prior to delivery will receive a full refund. Orders canceled 48 hours prior to delivery will receive a credit toward a future order. If canceling within 48 hours of your booked date, no refunds or credits will be issued.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE FOOD ALLERGIES?

Please note all boards are made in a kitchen that handles all main allergens. I do my best to accommodate allergies, however there is a high risk of cross-contamination. Please let me know any dietary requirements or allergies checkout form.
