  • 7+ Days Prior to Delivery: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund, excluding any collected deposits, which are non-refundable.
    48 Hours to 7 Days Prior to Delivery: Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days prior to delivery will receive a credit applicable toward a future order. Any collected deposits remain non-refundable.
    Less Than 48 Hours Prior to Delivery: Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
    For custom orders, please refer to your contract for specific cancellation terms.

  • We always recommend eating it right away. If you plan to serve it later, please let us know so we can make the correct adjustments to your board.

  • Pick-up can be arranged based on request. We offer delivery of all orders. Delivery is free within Santa Rosa, and we can also deliver to some surrounding cities for an additional fee.
